O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading housing developer in order to recruit a Site Manager for a brand new scheme in Cambridge.
The development consists of circa 100 units, all traditional build housing & apartments. Groundworks start in the coming months.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 1st fix to completion, reporting into a Senior Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage the construction process from 1st fix to completion. Report to the Senior Site Manager.
Minimum Requirements: Experience working on traditional build housing. Preferably high-volume experience. Background in trades or a construction-related degree.
