Up to 60,000 per year Are you a driven and experienced leader looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)? Our client is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead their brand-new 5-bed EBD children's service in Croydon. Lead and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive culture of learning and excellence. Manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory requirements. Implement and oversee care plans that support the individual needs of each child. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, including social services and families. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience managing EBD services. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
