Senior Process Engineer - Warrington I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Process Engineer for one of the worlds best engineering consultancies & equipment suppliers, who specialise in designing and delivering best in class liquid processing systems. About the Role Are you a highly skilled process engineer with a passion for designing and implementing novel cutting edge technology and world class systems which enhance productivity, efficiency and take the largest companies on a journey to carbon neutrality. If so we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to support our Beverages and Home/Personal Care teams. You will take the lead in creating technical solutions, developing proposals, managing project execution, and supporting our sales and project management teams in delivering innovative engineering solutions. This role is perfect for an experienced engineer who thrives on collaboration, accuracy, and managing multiple projects with precision. Responsibilities Pre-Sales : Collaborate with sales teams on client visits and presentations. Translate client requirements into effective technical solutions. Perform process, equipment, and piping sizing, and develop P&IDs. Calculate costs and create technical and commercial proposals. Project Execution : Support project managers with scope changes, client presentations, and documentation. Design P&IDs, equipment lists, data sheets, and process descriptions. Coordinate with suppliers, review bids, and recommend vendors. Participate in commissioning, product tests, and initial production support. Your Skills and Experience Degree in Food/Dairy, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years in process/equipment bids & proposals, client presentations, and engineering for hygienic processes. Experience in project management, risk assessment, and team leadership. Expertise in food, dairy, beverage, or home/personal care manufacturing processes. Travel As you will be supporting some of the biggest companies and projects in the world, as you might expect, this role will involve worldwide travel.
