Our team is high-performing and seeks individuals eager to take ownership and contribute across various aspects of the business as we transition new technologies from prototype to energization. Responsibilities

Lead the design, integration, and commissioning of control systems for high-purity green hydrogen generation and compression facilities. Develop and configure DCS/PLC logic and HMI interfaces to optimize plant robustness, yield, throughput, process stability, and operating costs. Integrate multiple unit operations into a unified control system, ensuring seamless operation and process efficiency. Develop control system architecture for greenfield processing facilities and manage project execution, leveraging a combination of in-house and 3rd party resources. Design electrical cabinets and control panels in compliance with relevant codes and industry standards. Work closely with the process design team to develop process control narratives and P&IDs, ensuring safe, reliable system functionality. Build and maintain I/O lists and lead the selection of process critical instrumentation. Author master trip lists, cause and effect matrices, control narratives, and all relevant control documentation essential for plant operation. Participate in process hazard reviews and HazOps. Support operation teams to achieve production and quality targets on pilot and commercial scale systems. Experience in developing and implementing company-wide control standards to ensure consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all projects and facilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Demonstrated experience in executing controls projects from concept development through commissioning and ramp-up. Proven experience developing process control narratives, building I/O lists for greenfield capital projects, and collaborating with process engineers to design control systems that ensure safe and efficient plant operation. Experience in DCS, PLC, and HMI design and programming. Experience procuring and specifying instrumentation, control and electrical cabinets, and controls hardware. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively. Experience with data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum 3 years of experience. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
