Our client is a well-established and known organisation based in South Belfast. Our client is long-established with an experienced finance team. They are currently looking to add to their accounting team and providing the operational business with the commercial information to make timely and accurate decisions.
Your new role As the Senior Management Accountant, you will be working closely with the Financial Director and Financial Controller to compile, consolidate, and analyse financial data to support the business to make decisions.
Your role will include and not be limited to: Tracking progress against budgets within established finance systems and reporting variances as appropriate Collate and analyse data to provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the business Responsible for production of statutory accounts; monthly reporting, budgeting and re-forecast processes; monthly management accounts pack Lead, coach and develop an engaged and motivated finance team
What you'll need to succeed You will be a Qualified Accountant. Ideally, you will be experienced working in a construction / engineering / manufacturing environment, although not necessary. You will be experienced at delivering accounts in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will be keen on improving processes and procedure with excellent communication skills.
What you'll get in return Flexible working options are available after probation. You will get a developed compensation package including a salary of £40000 - £50000 per annum.
