Corporate Tax Manager in a top 10 Accountancy Practice based in London! We are working closely with our client to further expand their increasingly growing corporation tax team who are looking for a manager to provide both compliance and advisory services to their varied portfolio OMBs and large corporate clients.

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing your compliance portfolio, assisting both directors and partners in managing their work, as well as working closely with juniors to ensure award winning standards are upkept. The role additionally involves leading numerous advisory projects. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Deliver advice to the partner for approval and working with more junior team members to review work Good exposure to working with partners on pitching for new clients both remotely and in person. Prepare tax valuations and clearance letters for submission to HMRC in respect of such transactions. Structuring corporate transactions such as s.110 reconstructions, statutory demergers and company share repurchases and advising clients on the availability of any relevant reliefs. Managing tax due diligence projects and collaborating with other members of the wider tax team to deliver reports covering corporation tax, PAYE and VAT (and any other relevant taxes) on such assignments. Providing advice on share schemes, tax relief schemes and incentives, and preparing valuation reports for submission to HMRC. Requirements

Candidates will ideally need to be fully ACA/ACCA or ATT/CTA qualified with significant corporate tax experience within practice or industry.

Experience in managing both people and clients Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player Driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop Technically sound with the ability to assist in complex tax work Exhibit a strong level of commercial awareness to contribute to business development Exhibit and obtain a good working knowledge of a variety of taxes such that consideration can be given in the advice to the full scope of relevant taxation such as corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, VAT and stamp duty/SDLT.
