Job Summary: As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for SKU cost book, chipset accounting, and operational costs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of these key financial areas. You will also support the development and maintenance of financial models used for pricing, working closely with the Senior Finance Manager to ensure data integrity and aid in decision-making. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reporting and analysis for the financial performance of global operational expenses. Highlight key variances and provide variance explanations for use by management. Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including creating support schedules, data uploads and validation, and P&L analysis. Manage accounting elements of chipset costs, ensuring accurate tracking and allocation of expenses related to chipsets across products. Manage and update the SKU cost book, ensuring accurate reflection of costs such as raw materials, labor, overhead, and rebates. Analyze cost fluctuations and support pricing decisions for product lines. Update and enhance the financial model used by the sales team for customer pricing and promotions, ensuring it accurately reflects cost data and competitive pricing strategies. Lead assigned tasks and conduct ad hoc projects to support strategic plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years proven ability in a similar position; experience with P&L analysis and Sales Finance a plus. Experience working with retail consumer channels preferred. Studying towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent accountancy qualification. Have a proclivity for numbers and pay attention to details. Demonstrated ability to take initiative in learning new concepts and participate in new projects. Proven track record of developing positive relationships with business partners and influencing decisions. Advanced Excel skills, ability to maintain complex spreadsheets with lookups and pivot tables. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Netsuite, Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, Power BI, and/or other analytical tools preferred.
