Menzies Distribution is looking to recruit a Stock Room Operative based at our Normanton depot. The purpose of the role is to maintain an accurate record of all overstocks received into the secure Stock Room area and accurately complete customer orders for additional supplies.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and management of WMS Report issues with stock & maintain accurate recordings Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes, adhering to customer & control procedures Create an effective working environment by building a diverse, well-balanced team to ensure consistency in all we do Wastage reporting Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company H&S policies Operation of MHE HACCP / BRC awareness Pallet Control Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported Maintain and expand relationships with existing suppliers & ensuring that staff deal with all stock queries quickly and efficiently

Key Experiences / Qualifications: Experience of Stock Systems High level of accuracy and numeracy Team Player Problem Solving Excellent Time-management skills Accuracy Ability to use own initiative
