Location: Preston Salary: £28k - £30k DOE This role is a 6-9 month FTC, hybrid working with flexible hours and working as part of a wider HR team. I am currently representing a fantastic and well-established organisation who are looking for a CIPD level 5 qualified HR Assistant or HR Advisor to join their wider team. This is a Generalist role and will involve all the day-to-day operational duties you can expect from a HR Advisor role, including ER, Recruitment and supporting managers. My client will look at a HR Assistant looking to step into their first HR Advisory role or an experienced HR Advisor looking for a change in pace. Responsibilities:
Provide advice to employees and managers on ER Managing absence cases Supporting with managing change processes Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity Compliance administration Provide generalist HR support, coaching and guidance in a competent and confidential manner Actively monitor all absence cases Delivery of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and induction, appraisals etc. Raise offer letters, contracts of employment and amendments If you or anyone you know are interested in this role, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
