This is a unique opportunity to join the founding team, working on the ground to shape the technology and future of a high-potential, ambitious company. The Role As the Founding AI Engineer, you’ll take a central role in developing and optimizing generative AI workflows, supporting a seamless user experience, and ensuring AI advancements align with customer needs. You’ll have the chance to create, deploy, and refine AI-driven solutions from scratch. Responsibilities Design and implement AI methods to enhance generative workflows, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and user experience. Tools may include LLMs, prompt engineering, RLHF, RAG, computer vision, and multi-modal models. Build and maintain robust data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and augmentation, especially for compliance-focused tasks. Write, test, deploy, and monitor clean, scalable code in backend environments (e.g., Node.js) to enable seamless AI model integration. Develop validation frameworks to ensure a robust and accurate generative AI infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in generative AI and machine learning to maintain a competitive technological edge. Collaborate closely with customers to ensure AI developments align with user needs and business goals. Key Requirements Strong frontend coding abilities, particularly in React and TypeScript. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models. Familiarity with machine learning models suitable for smaller datasets. Proven experience in building or leading teams within a startup environment. Knowledge of creative tools like Figma. Experience with agile methodologies. Why Join?
