Shift Manager
to join our welcoming and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the development of a new location. As a
Shift Manager , you’ll oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service across both the shop and restaurant. You’ll train, motivate, and inspire your team while ensuring that Ottolenghi’s high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety are maintained. The role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and learn about the deli side of the business. The Ideal Candidate At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, ideally as a Shift Manager or in a similar position A passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest service Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and communicate effectively with your team A proactive, hands-on approach to maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and organisation A positive, approachable attitude, committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere What’s in it for You: · Flexible, fair hours (around 40–45 hours per week) with a focus on work/life balance ·
