We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to join our team in providing expert advice and guidance to our clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality consultancy services across various industries.

Position Overview : As a BPA Consultant at Harmonise Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in automating and optimising business processes for our clients. Utilising your software engineering expertise, you will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that drive efficiency and enhance operational performance. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyse and understand client business processes to identify automation opportunities.

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using related tools.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored automation solutions (SCOPE, Business Requirements).

Perform solution reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and solutions standards.

Troubleshoot, support, and resolve issues related to automation solutions.

Write and maintain technical documentation for automation projects.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in software development.

Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C++, or C#.

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What We Offer :

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (based on the interview outcome) per annum.
