A fast and effective learner, able to quickly become proficient in a new technical area. An ability and interest in learning deep below the abstractions that you are using. Some experience working on low-level technical problems, or building and operating distributed systems. Professional software engineering experience in C++, Rust or C. Ability to drive an outcome and unblock yourself and those around you with high productivity. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. This role is available as remote, hybrid or in-office. We have a great office space in Spitalfields in London but are equally happy if you'd prefer to work from home some, or all of the time.
