Chief Product, Technology & Marketing Officer (CPTO & CMO) . In this pivotal role, you will act as a key advisor and operational leader, enhancing the effectiveness of our CPTO & CMO and ensuring alignment across our product, marketing, and technology teams.

Collaborate closely with the

Chief Product, Technology & Marketing Officer

to execute the company's strategic vision and operational plans, serving as a key advisor and leading preparation for meetings, presentations, and organisational planning. Work with Product Directors and Engineering Leads to enhance cross-team alignment and visibility across product and technology functions. Coordinate with the Executive team, Strategic Initiatives Office, and other Chiefs of Staff to ensure the successful delivery of key strategic projects across the organisation. Lead performance management within the CPTO & CMO team, collaborating with leadership and managers to build high-performing teams. Focus on fostering a strong team culture and enhancing our employer brand. Facilitate collaboration between the CPTO & CMO team and other departments, building a network across the organisation to improve operational efficiency. Partner with Finance to assess new and ongoing projects and initiatives. Plan, lead, and execute strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with company objectives. Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Frequent travel to regional offices will be required. Experience working in a Product and/or Technology team. Fluent in English. Personal Qualities:

High degree of initiative with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
