Your Role Lead, motivate, develop and performance manage a team of Mental Health Advisers to improve their capability and deliver against KPIs, adhering to clinical governance frameworks. Manage day-to-day contact with key stakeholders at a local level, maintaining positive relationships to ensure sufficient customer flows to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Your Responsibilities Ensure Mental Health Advisers maintain paperwork and customer records in accordance with quality standards and clinical governance frameworks. Utilise appropriate digital technologies and evidence-based content within a delivery environment that supports privacy and confidentiality of customers. Develop an understanding of specialist signposting services in the local area/region. Ensure customer service standards are understood and observed by all Health & Wellbeing Advisers through observations and coaching. Align service to clinical governance frameworks covering CPD, risk, audit, record keeping and documentation. Your Skills & Experience Able to embrace our company values:

Qualified health professional with full registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Leadership experience supporting a team to meet operational and service level demands. Experience in developing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders at a strategic level. NVQ Level 5 in Management & Leadership or similar Leadership qualification (ideal but not essential).
