Our client, a private care provider specialising in residential care for older people, is seeking a Home Manager to lead and improve a care home in Middlesbrough. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, and includes a bonus. Commutable from Stockton-On-Tees, Middlesbrough, Thornaby, Yarm, Billingham & Redcar, Guisborough & surrounding areas.

As a Home Manager, you will:

Oversee the management of finances and budgets. Ensure the home runs smoothly on a daily basis. Lead, motivate, and inspire teams to deliver high-quality care, exceeding internal and CQC expectations.

Package and Benefits:

The ideal Home Manager candidate will have:

A strong background in dementia care within the elderly care sector at the Home Manager level, with a good CQC track record. Dynamic, confident, and innovative leadership skills with excellent networking abilities. Experience and longevity in working within care homes for older people.
