Elliott Scott is proud to represent a rapidly growing financial technology firm based in Singapore. We are seeking a Senior HR BP to focus on leadership growth and capabilities. In this key role, you will partner with business leaders across the organisation, serving as a subject matter expert on change management. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic coaching and advisory support, directly influencing the organisation’s development. Main Responsibilities: As a key member, you will develop a leadership community for the company, enhance organisational capabilities, and cultivate a supportive culture to facilitate comprehensive management cycles for business leaders. Act as a first point of contact in identifying and assessing leadership gaps, strengthen the leadership pipeline across various functions, initiate development plans, and implement succession planning initiatives. Conduct objective assessments to pinpoint root causes of team and organisational issues, employing a systematic approach to boost team productivity and organisational cohesion. Analyse data related to leaders and the organisation, offering valuable insights and solutions regarding our people and organisational health index. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development. Use HR metrics and data analysis to drive decision-making, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement. Skills required: Previous HR leadership experience, 7+ years working in HR talent management, leadership development, or consulting. Excellent written and communication skills, Mandarin is essential.
