As an HR Administrator, you will utilize your communication, administration, and multitasking abilities to manage your duties. The role is critical in ensuring operational support to the HR team through supporting all manner of administrative tasks and requests related to general queries, processes, systems, policies, and general HR administration, escalating inquiries where necessary. This is an office-based role; however, the business is nationally spread, and regular travel to Prime Life Homes will be required. What to Expect Providing HR support and advice for queries, procedures, and policies to both employees and line managers for matters that fall into your remit, escalating queries where required. Coordinating the offboarding process for employees who are leaving their employment, including the issue of letters, compliance of internal forms, and gaining employee feedback. Preparing and issuing contractual documentation. Supporting with the monitoring and management of short and long-term absences. What We Are Looking For Previous administration experience, preferably within HR. Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Strong understanding of and respect for confidentiality. Care sector experience would be advantageous although not essential. Competencies Curious thinker - has an inquisitive mind, researches, and asks questions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong administration and prioritization skills where there are competing priorities. Well organized, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail.
