Warranty Parts Management: Control warranty parts retention, ensuring correct processes are followed for returns. Waste & Equipment Management: Oversee waste disposal, tools and equipment purchasing, and ensure the availability of consumables for the workshop. DMS Mastery: All parts are controlled through a Dealer Management System (DMS), and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and data. Team Collaboration: Issue PPE to staff, promote positive company culture, and enhance parts sales and business growth. About You:

Proven experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role, preferably within a motor dealership (car or commercial). A keen understanding of the motor industry, parts management, and workshop operations. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and suppliers professionally. Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. A proactive and dynamic personality, ready to contribute to the team and the company's success. Experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS) is advantageous. What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience and skillset). Bonus Potential: KPI-based bonus scheme to reward your hard work. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, with two possible shift patterns: 07:00am - 17:00pm or 08:00am - 06:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch break). Saturday Work: 1-in-3 Saturdays (08:00am - 12:00pm).
