As a Software Consultant specialising in

Viewpoint for Projects (VFP)

and

Field View (FV),

you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the way our clients manage projects, enhancing collaboration, and driving efficiencies across multi-million-pound builds. This is more than just implementation—it’s about empowering users, solving complex challenges, and delivering lasting value. You’ll lead the full project lifecycle from onboarding to go-live, working alongside some of the biggest names in the construction sector. Acting as a trusted partner to clients, you’ll support projects ranging from £1 million to over £100 million. What You Will Do: Solution Delivery:

Tailor and deploy innovative software solutions, ensuring each client’s unique needs are met.

Client Onboarding:

Manage system setup and process mapping, providing clear documentation throughout.

Training & Enablement:

Deliver engaging training sessions—both remotely and onsite—that empower users to maximise the software’s potential.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate lasting relationships with clients becoming their go-to expert and advocate.

Project Management:

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, using a consultative approach.

Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with internal teams to influence product enhancements and shape the future of our solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring: An educational background or work experience in construction or a related field (e.g., Quantity Surveying, Document Control, Project Management).

Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills.

A passion for driving digital transformation in the construction industry.

What Would Be a Plus: Familiarity with Viewpoint products or similar tools.

Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and other industry best practices (or a willingness to learn).

Experience in developing and delivering structured training programs.
