Implementation Consultant
plays a key role within Safeguard Global, holding responsibility for excellence in
Global Payroll Implementation
and
customer service , ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. The role involves transitioning clients' payrolls to Safeguard Global accurately and within agreed timescales. How you will make a difference: Coordinating the transition
process from start to finish for clients Liaising with SG in-country partners
(ICP’s) on local requirements for payroll processing Guiding clients
through the process, assisting with: - Discovery process - Data Gathering - Configuration - Parallel runs - Payroll Production Go live Configuration of Global payroll system
on a client-by-client basis Developing processes and procedures
for the business in accordance with customer and business requirements Handing over a fully implemented payroll
to the service center Completing projects
that require the ability to communicate at all levels with detailed planning Ensuring that Internal, Client, and ICP expectations and task deliverables are fully understood and achieved with
quality results on time throughout the process What will make you stand out: An
organized and methodical
approach to work Payroll or financial experience
in a data-driven environment where
accuracy and error spotting is key Strong
client management and relationship building
skills Some understanding of
finance and General Ledger Ability to work effectively
