We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Retrofit Assessor

to join our growing team in the renewable energy and retrofit sectors. The role will involve coordinating multiple PAS2035 retrofit projects. The successful candidate will be required to assess and model the energy efficiency of residential and commercial premises and provide recommendations for retrofitting: heating, insulation, and ventilation systems. Key Responsibilities: Retrofit Assessment:

Support the commercial team by modelling the efficiency of private and commercial premises and provide recommendations for retrofitting. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure PAS2035 compliance, completing all necessary documentation accurately and on time. Liaison with Stakeholders:

Communicate effectively with installers, Coordinators, Certification bodies, and accreditation schemes to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are maintained. Quality Assurance:

Support internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in the most effective and efficient manner by adhering to internal frameworks and quality assurance procedures. Project Data Management:

Ensure all project data is accurate and up to date. Who We Are Looking For: Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as an Energy Assessor & DEA. Technical Knowledge:

A solid understanding of PAS2030/PAS2035 standards and knowledge and understanding of RDSAP, energy efficiency measures, particularly heating, insulation, and ventilation systems. Organisational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Communication:

Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, contractors, and certification bodies. Problem-Solving:

Proactive in identifying and solving challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. IT Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with relevant software tools (Trustmark, ECO-related software systems).
