On a day-to-day basis, the firm wants someone to: Review client files and ensure the work gets processed. Deal with letters of engagement. Ensure all files are complete and up to Partner review for sending the signing pack out, ensuring billing is completed.
On the staff side, you will also help the employees reporting to you with technical queries and plan work in progress. The firm can support qualification for a practicing certificate and/or R.I (Responsible Individual) status, enabling you to manage audit clients and sign off.
With a strong starting salary, the firm offers a trajectory to buy into the firm at a realistic valuation, facilitating your development to a full Partner position. With circa 12 to 15 audits overall, this firm ideally wants this person to assume control of those, plus oversee work done by the accounts, payroll, and tax staff.
