Support the transition of leadership responsibilities following the departure of key site leaders, ensuring stability and effective decision-making. Champion a safety-first culture, reinforcing adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards. Standardize and implement HR policies and procedures, addressing gaps to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices. Partner with cross-site teams to ensure compliance with ESG goals and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For Extensive HR experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments. Proven success in managing complex employee relations and driving cultural change. Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change projects, particularly those involving workforce transitions and process improvements.
