Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
We have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our client’s well-established Lexcel accredited firm. Our client is looking for a committed candidate to join their friendly and approachable team. You will be handling all conveyancing matters from the initial instruction to post-completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage residential sales & purchases To handle remortgage transactions and equity release transactions To check titles of freehold and leasehold properties To deal with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer To develop client contacts in the local area To cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
About you: Knowledge of the local area Experience of handling residential property caseloads Proven experience of business development Working within agreed deadlines Accuracy, efficiency, and presentation of work Team working Self-motivated and able to use own initiative Providing the highest standards of client service Discretion, tact, and ensuring the confidentiality of client and firm affairs Efficient and well-organised Ability to maintain calm under pressure Adhere to CQS protocol
