Personal development is a key focus and upskilling into complementary channels like Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo email marketing, and CRO will be encouraged (and a strong bonus if you can bring several of these to the table from the start). As you develop and progress, you will be the key point of contact for clients, so taking responsibility, being accountable, and being a strong communicator are all essential to the role. Key Responsibilities Campaign strategy and setup, implementation, optimization, and reporting Research into clients, competitors, and relevant industries to help inform strategy and drive performance Engaging with clients and Project Manager to ensure we have all creative assets required to succeed.
