Senior / Principal Associate - Real Estate - Agribusiness - Norwich with hybrid working available
Client A highly regarded and forward-thinking national law firm with an excellent client base and is regarded as one of the leading higher education firms in the country.
Role Based in the firm's Norwich office and working in the Food & Agribusiness sector. Clients include farmers, corporates, investors in land, trustees and owners of landed estates, charities, and other rural property owners. The role offers plenty of direct client contact. The nature of the work and the clients concerned encourages the development of long-lasting and fulfilling relationships with both clients and other professionals. You 4+ PQE Senior or Principal Associate. You will be able to manage and run acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land/estates/strategic land. Basic knowledge of the relevant tax issues involved is advantageous; however, training and support will be provided. Benefits include: Flexible working.
