About the role:
As our Finance Manager you will be a key part of our rapidly growing Global Finance Operations team. That means helping the team deliver continuous improvement in accounting and reporting, as well as identifying areas where we can improve procedures within the department. The main task of this role is to manage the month-end closing activities in the marketing pillar.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Own the marketing month end process across all entities. Manage a team of four to ensure a smooth month end close for the marketing pillar. Main point of contact for business partners and external auditors on all marketing related queries. Responsible for ensuring strong financial controls are in place and operating effectively, including robust balance sheet reconciliations. Responsible for submission of Group month end requirements in the JET Consolidation system. What will you bring to the table?
Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA with experience post qualification. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage own workload and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders. Change management experience, evidence of previous improvements in systems or processes. Strong communicator confident working with individuals across all levels of the business. Able to lead and influence others to achieve desired results. Bonus if can prepare statutory accounts. At JET, this is on the menu:
