Hampshire with UK travel We are delighted to represent a prestigious, multinational manufacturing organisation in their appointment of a Divisional Human Resources Manager, supporting colleagues over four manufacturing sites in the UK and US. The Division HR Manager will work in a multisite capacity to lead and manage change, ensuring business objectives are achieved through the consistent involvement and engagement of all employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. They will continually develop and implement appropriate HR practices across compensation and benefits, change management and organisation design, sourcing and selection, performance and productivity, learning and development, talent management and succession, communication and engagement, and employee and industrial relations, and will lead a dedicated divisional team. Key Skills

Extensive track record in a similar senior Human Resources role, in a manufacturing or engineering setting, ideally with multisite and multinational responsibility. Degree qualification in Human Resources or CIPD Level 7 accreditation. Previous experience of HR best practice and implementing relevant policies to achieve optimum employee engagement. Takes a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, persuade, and influence in a complex, matrixed organisation. Proactive, analytical, and logical problem solver. Confident, resilient, well-organised, and proactive individual - keen to ensure the presence of a visible, available, and approachable Human Resource function. Willing to travel internationally on occasion as required to other facilities or to attend Group meetings.
