Key Responsibilities: Transaction Management:

Oversee residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Client Consultation:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, making complex legal jargon easy to understand. Document Preparation:

Draft and review essential documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements. Due Diligence:

Conduct thorough title searches and property investigations to guarantee clear ownership and identify any potential issues. Negotiation:

Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and third parties to secure the best outcomes for our clients. Compliance:

Stay updated on the latest property laws and regulations, ensuring all transactions comply with current legal standards. Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve any legal issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Minimum Requirements: A qualified legal professional with a specialization in property law. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in legal software and IT systems. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving. A proactive and client-focused mindset, dedicated to providing good legal service. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
