Overview: As an Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to students interested in pursuing educational opportunities. Your primary focus will be on assisting international students in navigating the process of studying abroad, particularly in the UK. By offering personalized advice and facilitating the application process, you will ensure a seamless and enriching experience for each student. Duties: Provide comprehensive counseling to international students via various communication channels such as phone, online platforms, or in-person meetings, guiding them on educational options available in the UK. Actively contribute to expanding the company's presence in both local and international markets through strategic marketing initiatives to increase student inquiries. Source and engage potential clients through various channels, including social media, referrals, networking events, and offline marketing campaigns in universities. Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to convert leads into clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, tracking progress and following up regularly to close sales. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize student applications and enrollment rates. Qualifications: Required Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese languages. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets in a dynamic sales environment. Be a committed team player but also be dependable enough to work individually with minimum supervision. Be able to meet targets and deadlines and work well under pressure. Be responsible, reliable, honest, self-motivated, and outgoing. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of UK higher education institutions or prior experience studying or working within this sector. Previous experience in education agents to facilitate the whole sales process.
