CNZ is the national sports organisation for all cycling codes in New Zealand, representing the interests of Road, Track & Cyclocross, Mountain Bike, BMX, and Schools Cycling. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Cambridge based at the Grassroots Trust Velodrome. Key purpose and tasks of the role:

In line with the values of CNZ and as part of the Leadership Team, provide advice and leadership to the CEO, Board, and wider team. Report to the Board and AARC (Audit and Risk Committee), actioning reporting requirements and ensuring adherence to finance policies. Lead and manage the budgets and forecasting for events, camps, and campaigns. Oversee the applications for gaming trust grants and ensure a proactive approach. Ensure the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of all financial functions within CNZ, assisting to manage and/or mitigate financial risk. Ensure the effective operations of all financial-related activities of CNZ and support increased financial stability and sustainability of the organisation. Who we are looking for:

Tertiary qualified with CA qualifications. 5+ years' experience with 2+ years' people management. A background and understanding of Sport NZ / High Performance Sports New Zealand funding and investment would be highly regarded. If this sounds like you, please
