£13.11 per hour Key Responsibilities: Adhere strictly to all Hygiene, Health and Safety requirements and maintain safe working practices, particularly regarding Lifting and Handling Techniques. Be ready at the start of shift to carry out specified checks in an accurate, timely, and methodical manner, causing minimal delay or disruption to the production process. Record all information generated throughout the shift on the appropriate sheets, accurately and legibly, enabling production management to check details of product quality throughout the shift. Quickly report any anomalies to the appropriate manager so that corrective action may be taken. Ensure any necessary equipment is available, functioning, and ready to hand to enable completion of checks in a competent and efficient manner. Check and operate all designated weighing, measuring, or monitoring equipment to ensure it is fully operational and accurate within specifications. Be involved in team meetings as required. Work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business (e.g., reduction of waste, recycling). You Will Need: Basic understanding of Production and Customer Specification. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
