Senior Workday HCM Analyst , you will oversee, manage, and enhance Workday’s Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. You will work as part of a dedicated team of four within HRIS, reporting to the Global Workday Product Owner. Your expertise will drive the configuration of existing systems and implementation of future solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the business. Additionally, experience with Workday Reporting, Security, and EIBs is highly desirable, though not essential. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and configure Workday Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. Analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions. Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and HR strategy. Support Workday reporting and security processes, and utilise EIBs where applicable. Provide expert guidance on system best practices and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Requirements:
Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking. Proven hands-on configuration experience within Workday. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex configurations. Familiarity with Workday Reporting, Security, and EIBs is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in the NYC metro area, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
