The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. You will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide essential administrative support, contributing to the effective implementation of the Society’s HR strategy. This role is a fixed-term contract for 9 months. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and managing new starter documentation. Support recruitment activities: liaising with managers, shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, and maintaining records. Ensure right-to-work and other legal documentation is up to date and compliant. Process contract changes, leavers, and absence records. Maintain and update HR systems, the internal intranet, and colleague files. Produce reports for business divisions and payroll. Liaise with uniform and badge suppliers and manage related documentation. Provide general administrative support for HR projects and maintain team inboxes. About You

5 GCSEs (Grades A-C or equivalent). Previous experience working in an HR team. Strong organisational and file management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. CIPD Level 3 qualification. Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., math and lookup functions). Experience supporting recruitment and managing high volumes of data. Personal Attributes
