We are seeking a skilled professional to take the lead in developing and implementing controls metrics across critical areas of the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory alignment and enhancing the overall consumer protection framework within the business. Key Responsibilities Develop Controls Metrics : Design and implement robust metrics to monitor and improve: Consumer complaints management. Customer conduct and behaviour oversight. Financial promotions compliance. User experience optimisation. Operational mapping for regulatory alignment. Operational Integration : Ensure operational processes are effectively mapped to meet regulatory requirements. Streamline Regulatory Practices : Work closely with regulatory frameworks to develop efficient, practical controls without unnecessary complexity. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in creating and implementing controls metrics within other organisations. In-depth understanding of consumer protection regulations, with the ability to translate these into actionable operational strategies. Familiarity with regulatory alignment practices; a legal background is not required, but a strong understanding of compliance and risk management is essential. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements into clear, manageable practices.
