Key Responsibilities: Budget Planning: Develop, manage, and oversee the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Treasury Management: Handle treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, investment management, and debt administration. Closing of Accounts: Lead the year-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and policy development. Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise financial information.

About You: Qualified accountant (CIPFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Proven experience in budget planning, treasury management, and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
