Training Coordinator

to support the development and execution of our training program. This will be someone who is capable of effectively developing and delivering the right training, to the right people, at the right time, in the right way, seamlessly. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex business systems, particularly SAP (preferably S4/Hana), and integrated applications across functional processes. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include: Collaboration and Resource Allocation:

Is able to work autonomously without continuous supervision to follow the strategy set out by the EMEA CC/CE training and documentation lead. Works closely with the EMEA Customer Care Change Manager and CNL to ensure training requirements are identified and an effective training approach developed. Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders through reports and meetings. Escalate issues and remove barriers to team progress. Foster collaboration between internal and external resources.

Training Coordination:

Plan, coordinate and deliver training activities during different phases (super user training, train-the-trainer, end-user training, etc.) in conjunction with EMEA CC/CE training and documentation lead. Define training scope and criteria for conducting and evaluating training. Coordinate translation of training materials as needed. Identify business trainers and manage on-site logistics for instructor-led training. Participate in lesson learned discussions and exit gate reviews. Oversee the functional trainers (trained train the trainers) involved in training, ensuring quality of training delivered and alignment with project timelines.

Guidance and Metrics:

Monitor and track training progress, reporting issues or risks to project stakeholders. Work with EMEA CC/CE training and documentation lead to define measure. Enhance overall training metrics and develop comprehensive measurement tools (KPIs). Work with EMEA CC/CE training and documentation lead to define measure.

Who are we looking for: Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating training in a complex business environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. This position will start with a defined term contract (max 12 months), you can work Hybrid and we prefer that you use our office in Kerkrade, London or Dusseldorf. Requisition ID:
