Audit Manager

to manage a diverse portfolio, including charities, academies, education, and not-for-profit (NFP) clients. Your Role Take ownership of a client portfolio, managing workflow and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Plan, prioritise, and allocate audit tasks while maintaining budgets and maximising fee recovery. Lead client engagements, from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and ISA standards. Act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add value. Support and mentor audit team members, providing regular feedback and fostering professional growth. Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services and drive business development. What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong foundation in statutory audit. Experience:

Proven track record in managing audits, preferably with exposure to charities, academies, and NFP sectors. Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS (desirable), and ISA standards. Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with a client-first approach. Leadership:

A natural leader with experience in mentoring and managing teams, driving results, and inspiring excellence. What's on Offer
