We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive UK ICP Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in payroll implementation, providing top-notch customer service, and managing on-time, on-budget projects. You will play a key role in leading clients through the implementation process, requiring effective communication at all levels and detailed planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of UK and ROI payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely transitions for new clients. Work closely with Global Implementation Teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the entire transition process, from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient implementations. Collaborate with software partners to support the quality and accuracy of payroll implementation projects. Manage clients through the implementation process, including: Discovery process Data gathering Parallel runs Go live Configure payroll systems for each client, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Develop and refine internal processes and procedures to align with both customer and business requirements, driving continuous improvement. Provide a high-quality handover of fully implemented payroll systems to the Operations team. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to achieving or exceeding growth targets. Implement improvement initiatives where agreed upon, ensuring best practices are followed. Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in UK Payroll or personnel services, with a strong understanding of payroll operations. Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar. Ability to understand and adapt to the sales and service delivery environments within a commercial operation. Knowledge of ISO and SOX compliance. A valid driving license is required, with the willingness to travel as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong client management and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create effective solutions. Additional language skills are a plus.
