My client is a North West based property development and construction group delivering high quality residential apartment schemes across the Liverpool and wider north west areas.
They are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You'll be working on a newly secured 177 Bedroom project.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Optimising cash flow through external valuations and control of subcontractor accounts. Ensuring correct contractual procedures are adhered to for both main contracts and subcontracts. Preparing and recovering claims. Providing monthly cost value reports and margin analysis in collaboration with line management. Forecasting out-turn margin, commercial analysis, programme, and progress in conjunction with line management and reviewing monthly. Forecasting contract turnover with line management and adjusting as necessary. Motivating, planning, coordinating, maintaining, and developing staff to handle current and future workloads. Maximising recovery through client and subcontractor accounts. Continuously monitoring and recording individual performances.
