The Opportunity…

Due to growth, we now have opportunities for Wealth Planners to join our business providing independent financial advice to high-net-worth clients. If you are driven by delivering exceptional client outcomes, have a growth mindset, and thrive within a high-performance culture, we will provide you with the tools you need to reach your career goals and beyond.

You will have a high-quality client bank and will work with a Regional Business Development Manager to develop a business plan to build professional networks, gain referrals, and grow a strong and profitable client base.

You can carry out your role from home while being linked to a local office and part of a close-knit team including Paraplanners and Client Delivery specialists.

To join our award-winning team, you will need to bring a highly professional, trustworthy, and client-focused approach, alongside genuine enthusiasm for relationship building and an articulate communication style.

You will also need to be:

Qualified to Level 4 or above in providing financial advice and ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status.

A Wealth/Financial Planner with a minimum of 1 year of experience managing your own clients.

Experienced at delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients.

Self-disciplined and focused with the resilience and motivation to respond positively to challenges.

Motivated to understand and engage with Succession’s corporate objectives and cultural values.

An effective team player and leader, recognizing the value of support teams in delivering great client outcomes.

Knowledgeable regarding the UK regulatory system relevant to Financial Services.

Committed to your professional development, regularly undertaking CPD and keeping up to date with industry issues.
