We are seeking a dynamic, spirit-filled disciple of Jesus to lead the parish into further growth and depth.
This is an amazing opportunity to lead a Resource Church within the Diocese of Winchester, supported by the HTB network’s resources and a thriving parish community eager to grow spiritually and numerically.
As Rector, you will:
Lead and Inspire:
Oversee a staff and clergy team, providing spiritual leadership and fostering a culture of encouragement, creativity, and growth. Grow the Church:
Strategically guide the expansion of our congregations across the parish, ensuring vibrant worship and impactful outreach. Equip and Empower:
Disciple and develop leaders, equipping them to serve both within the church and the wider community. Engage the Community:
Build meaningful connections within Andover, sharing the gospel and transforming lives through faith in action. Andover Parish was established in May 2023, to bring together four town churches to serve the town of Andover.
