This is a newly created role within the business as a result of a restructure. You will need to be able to confidently present management accounts to the SLT. The role offers study support and hybrid working. Strong attention to detail and proficient Excel skills are necessary to thrive in this position. Responsibilities: Producing Management Accounts Presenting the Management Accounts to the SLT Managing fixed asset registers, including additions, disposals, and depreciation Analysing variances – comparing actuals vs. budget KPI Reporting Balance sheet reconciliations Project reporting Implementing procedures to streamline processes Ad hoc projects Candidate Profile: AAT Studier/AAT Qualified/PQ CIMA Experience in an Assistant Management Accountant role covering management accounts preparation, accruals/prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and fixed assets Good Excel skills including pivot tables, V/XLOOKUPs, and SUMIF statements Good organisational skills with the ability to meet fixed deadlines while maintaining quality standards The ability to deal with demanding and complex requests
