Head of Computer Science

to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader to shape the future of computer science education within a vibrant and supportive school community. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Computer Science department. Develop and implement a stimulating and challenging curriculum that aligns with the latest advancements in technology. Foster a love of learning for computer science amongst students of all abilities. Lead a team of dedicated Computer Science teachers, providing ongoing coaching and professional development. Oversee all aspects of the Computer Science department, ensuring efficient and effective operation. The Ideal Candidate A qualified Computer Science teacher with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues. A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest technological developments.
