Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business, operational and leasing strategies for Build-to-Rent and PRS sectors. Ensure compliance with leasing regulations, oversee audits, and update teams on legislative changes. Lead marketing and lettings strategies for new assets and instructions. Drive process improvements through innovation, technology, and training. Prepare and oversee leasing-related reports. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support recruitment and management of leasing staff. Assist with new business pitches and proposals. Represent Savills at key industry lettings events. Key Skills
Notable experience in Residential Property, including Build-to-Rent. Proven ability to enhance lettings performance across multiple sites.
