We're looking for a UK Marketing Lead t o support and execute tactical communications and marketing plans for the KUK business, to align with the overall strategy, helping to enhance brand awareness. This is an ideal role for someone at an executive level looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities Develop and deliver a marketing campaign plan looking out on a rolling 12-month basis. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales and the UK Lead Team to ensure the campaign plan is aligned to the needs of the business. Support, implement, and monitor marketing strategies, products, and services to support the annual business plan. Responsible for management and deployment of the KUK marketing budget within agreed controls. Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts generating new ideas to improve brand awareness and exposure. Control and enhance existing social channels to include website management, Linkedin, press releases etc. Own copywriting and generate content to refresh market messaging on a weekly and monthly basis. Liaise with third party agencies/contractors to maintain and enhance digital assets e.g. branded items, website. Lead KUK’s event commitments and attendance. Within agreed budgets organize and drive events for the company e.g dealer panels, product launch events. Qualifications

Skills & Knowledge: Digital marketing skills (email, social, content, website). Analytical. Knowledge of the product development and sales cycles. Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills. Business acumen, preferably with 3-4 years’ experience, within a manufacturing environment would be ideal. Ideally an bachelors degree in communications/marketing/advertising.
