Senior Site Manager - No1 - Residential
Location: Leicester
Salary: £65,000-£80,000

Client: A main contractor/developer specializing in high-quality housing primarily in the South East of England. The projects are executed for private clients, which often involve tight deadlines and beautiful finishes, resulting in jobs to be proud of upon completion.
Project: 50 traditional build residential units with pre-construction already started. The first day on site is expected to be in the 1st/2nd week of January. The client seeks a candidate with extensive residential experience, capable of managing projects from start to finish. A stable CV that aligns with the project requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude and will not require constant supervision on site.
The Manager must have:
Track record of working on similar projects CV demonstrating completion of similar projects from start to finish Ability to work as a team player while also being self-initiated Strong attention to detail and proficiency in finishes Excellent quality assurance skills Health and Safety focus Must have:
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
