Conduct role sign-off meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure clear expectations and a comprehensive understanding of the role. Curious Conversationalist:
Review CVs, engage in meaningful initial conversations, and conduct telephone interviews to create a dynamic candidate pipeline. Insightful Interviewer:
Lead fluid, conversational in-person interviews, using probing questions to identify candidates who are the perfect fit for us! Talent Scout:
Embark on thrilling headhunting missions across LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to discover exceptional candidates. Organisational Whiz:
Master our ATS system, tracking candidates and expanding our talent pool with expertise. Onboarding Specialist:
Ensure new recruits feel welcome and ready for success by conducting offer meetings. Creative Thinker:
Support the team with inventive recruitment strategies, attracting candidates and keeping our pipeline thriving. Content Specialist:
Craft job adverts and descriptions that align with the company's voice. Internal Ambassador:
