Over this past year, we've tackled some significant post-pandemic challenges through an intensive transformation programme designed to secure our financial sustainability well into the future. As part of these efforts, we are looking to appoint a talented, dynamic, commercially astute Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join us for the next stage of our journey. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, Shona Dunn CB, you will work at the heart of our organisation ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across the whole Charity. You will have direct accountability for two of our networks - Enterprise and Clinical Operations - and through your membership of the Executive Committee, you will provide visible, dynamic leadership to the Charity overall. Wherever you are now, you will bring a proven track record of senior leadership, ideally gained in health services or in organisations in an adjacent sector with comparable scale and complexity. You will have extensive experience of successfully managing significant operations, and a track record of driving operational efficiency and commerciality, as well as building trusted, productive relationships with internal and external partners. Most importantly, you will demonstrate genuine passion for our mission and act as a role model for our HEART values.
